Practiced by physiotherapists in specialized institutes or at home, massage – plus essential oils – is a veritable fountain of youth and wellness. It may also be a time of meditation where the whole body is still and relaxed. Therapeutic massage will relieve pain, improve blood circulation, relax tired muscles. You will find in this chapter, some examples to create mixes for your relaxing massage.
For a soothing massage:
1 Base oil 30ml vegetable of your choice
5 drops of essential oil of lavender
3 drops of essential oil of Roman Chamomile
4 drops of essential oil of Bergamot
Or:
1 Base oil 30ml vegetable of your choice
5 drops of essential oil of lavender
5 drops of essential oil of Neroli
4 drops of essential oil Géranuim
For a relaxing massage after physical exercise (sports):
1 Base oil 30ml vegetable of your choice
5 drops of essential oil of lavender
5 drops of essential oil of Roman Chamomile
5 drops of essential oil of marjoram
