Before working on a body area, coat it with oil. Slide your hands regularly on the contours of the body. It also nourishes the skin. At first, people tend to overestimate the amount of oil needed. Just really a light film to coat the skin of your partner if you oil too, you can not make good contact with it. A single application of oil should be at most parts of the body. But for large surfaces, or areas covered with hair, you may need to apply an oil supplement. Because most oil is quickly absorbed through the skin, it is best separately coating each region of the body as and when your work by penetrating oil into the skin by pressure slipped.

Oil and Containers
No need to buy massage oils trade. You can also use vegetable oils like sunflower oil, safflower oil or coconut oil. The almond oil is nice, but expensive. Olive oil is somewhat viscous. You can also take mineral oil, although they are less readily absorbed through the skin.

If you take a regular oil, you can flavor it with a few drops of perfume or lemon juice. In aromatherapy, it must penetrate into the skin of essential oils containing the essences of plants to specific therapeutic fine. The sandalwood, jasmine.

The orange blossom and tangerine have a calming effect and “tonic” on the nervous system, the sage is good for muscle problems. Keep your oil in a bottle with a cork stopper or a plastic spout. The latter is more convenient and oil is less likely to topple during a meeting. Or even a bowl or saucer will do, but be careful not to offend.

Preparations
This is the earliest moments of a massage as you create the climate of the entire session, so is it worth being prepared. If possible, heat your oil in advance, putting the bottle in hot water or to a radiator. Try to keep the oil in a safe place where you will not worry about the reverse.

Before applying, make sure you concentrate, then briefly lay your hands on the body of your partner for a first light touch. Then pour about half a teaspoon of oil in your palm. away from your partner to avoid inadvertently receive some drops.

Initiate and break contact
The softness with which you boot and break contact with your partner is of paramount importance. After your oiled hands, lower them slowly on the part of the body massage you as if they were suspended from parachutes. Just as you can feel the heat, or energy, which surrounds the body before coming into contact with his skin, so your partner can feel the presence of your hands over his body.

Make sure you have: ns are relaxed by contacting the body, and they come off gently when you make the switch to oil or other body part.

Some massage schools advised to always keep one hand in contact with the receiver at work, but if you detach your hand gently this is not necessary.

In the ground work, it is better to break contact by moving from one body part to another, because it is difficult to change positions smoothly.

We first look at the root of Asia. A book about Chinese herbs written by Shen Nung dated 2700 years BC describe the use of plants and develop more detailed than 300 plants and use. Ancient China, many people burned incense and wood as part of their religion, these practices are still widespread. You find that using Chinese herbs to acupressure, massage and other therapies.

Today, many people are very important for their health. However, improvement of traditional health systems (Social Security) is growing more and more people are turning to aromatherapy and other forms of alternative medicine.

Important points to remember about aromatherapy are:

1. Aromatherapy helps to balance the physical, mental and spiritual.

2. In some cases it was found that the use of alternative medicine was as effective as conventional medicine.

3. Essential oils are the basic elements of aromatherapy. These oils are highly concentrated and is known as therapeutic effects.

Essential oils derived from flowers such as roses and other plants such as basil, skin or rind. Although experts believe that oil extraction can be time consuming and complex, the benefits are worth the benefits. So, for 25 milliliters of oil rose petals, for example, you need about 100 pounds of flower petals. That is why pure essential oil is very expensive. However, the effectiveness of the oil was not questioned, only a few drops enough to produce the desired effect. There is a cheaper alternative, they are synthetic oils. However, they do not offer the same therapeutic properties as the natural oils.

Essential oils work by stimulating the olfactory system, the brain and the limbic system. Perfume and other related properties to determine the user to stimulate oil. During the massage, the oil is absorbed by the body through the skin, but also inhaled. They can reach the organs and systems. Time to absorb the oil from the skin is between 20 minutes and 2 hours, it is advisable to shower after a massage if you want to enjoy the therapeutic effects.

The effect lasted for a period ranging between 3 and 24 hours, depending on the person. Maybe they even lasted for a few days or a week! Some of the oil, because they smell, have a short life: the case of eucalyptus, peppermint, thyme, and bergamot. In contrast, oils such as lavender, hyssop, or can be effective for 2-3 days. Some oil a week to completely evaporate, such as jasmine oil, sandalwood, cedar and ginger.
